Well, I DO LOVE Julie & Julia, but I'd have to agree that although I enjoy and learn by watching the reruns of Julie's cooking show, I have found her recipes difficult to follow, too. <br /><br />On the other hand, I like reading recipes and cookbooks--and then setting them aside to make my own dish, but I'm loathe to write it down.
